My new workouts aren't showing up.

Open iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Shoe Health, and confirm Workouts and Distance permissions are enabled. Then pull-to-refresh on the Workouts tab.

How do I restore a Premium purchase?

Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases". You must be signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to buy Premium.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. Shoe profiles sync through your private iCloud container. As long as you sign in to the same Apple ID on a new device, your shoes restore automatically.

Can I export my shoe history?

Export is on the roadmap. In the meantime, your shoe data is preserved across reinstalls via iCloud backup.

My widget isn't updating.

Widgets refresh on iOS's schedule (typically every 15–30 min). To force a refresh, open the app once — the widget will sync after the next workout import.

I found a bug or have a feature request.

Email basamacr@icloud.com with a short description and, if you can, a screenshot. Personal replies — usually within a couple of days.
